Delhi to Manali — overnight Volvo
Board the evening Volvo from Delhi. The bus runs through the night via Chandigarh, Mandi and the Kullu valley.
Day 2
Arrival and local Manali
Morning pick-up at the Manali bus stand, check in and rest, then Hadimba temple, Old Manali and Mall Road.
Day 3
Solang Valley and Atal Tunnel
The full valley day — Solang, the Atal Tunnel crossing and the Sissu viewpoints.
Day 4
Vashisht, Jogini and Volvo back
Hot springs at Vashisht and the Jogini waterfall walk, free time on Mall Road, then the evening Volvo back to Delhi.

Roughly 12 to 14 hours by road for about 530 km, which is why the overnight Volvo is the usual choice.
Can we fly instead?
Yes — Bhuntar (Kullu-Manali) airport is about 50 km from Manali. Flights are weather dependent, so we usually keep a road backup.
